FORM2 is currently partnering with Wells Foods Corporation on a major facility expansion and modernization project at their Dunkirk, New York location. Scheduled for completion in Fall 2026, the project is designed to increase production capacity, improve operational efficiency, and significantly enhance employee amenities.

This recently completed project exemplifies our agency’s dedication to sustainability, empathy, and thoughtful design. Nestled into a hillside with sweeping views of the surrounding landscape, this modern home was created to seamlessly blend with its environment while prioritizing the well-being of its occupants. The design emphasizes natural light, with floor-to-ceiling windows that not only frame the landscape but also reduce the need for artificial lighting. Sustainable materials, such as reclaimed wood and locally sourced stone were used throughout, ensuring the home reflects both beauty and responsibility.

From the outset, the client’s needs and lifestyle were at the heart of the design. With a growing family, the home was designed to offer adaptable, open spaces that encourage togetherness while also providing private, peaceful retreats. A carefully curated balance between indoor and outdoor living was achieved, with a series of terraces, courtyards, and a garden designed for relaxation and play.
